This is to certify that ICOMM Telecom Ltd. has successfully completed 2 sites in Assam and 64 sites across different clusters in the North East in 2008. All sites were declared RFE and successfully on-air by Aircel in both circles. Out of a total of 217 sites, 211 sites were completed on time in Assam, and 64 sites in the North East were also completed within the stipulated TAT.
